Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality HVAC parts for heavy equipment. Because we work with multiple suppliers, return eligibility varies depending on the part and manufacturer.
Please contact us at sales@modernairusa.com within 7 days of receiving your item if there's an issue.

🔹 Return Eligibility:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee

• Some items (electrical components, custom orders) may be final sale

 

🔹 Refunds:

• Refunds are issued only after supplier approval and return confirmation

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)

 

🔹 Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your item is defective or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund with our supplier.
