Thank you for choosing Modern Air. We are committed to delivering high-quality HVAC parts for trucks & heavy equipment across the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered — and what you can expect at each step.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, orders may ship from different locations depending on product availability.
Shipping Costs

Shipping is available to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping costs are generally $30 per order, though rates may vary based on weight, size, and destination.

We currently do not offer real-time shipping calculations, but we will notify you if additional costs apply before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times

Orders ship via UPS (primarily) or FedEx, depending on the supplier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email.

Delivery time frames are estimated and based on the carrier’s tracking system. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping Restrictions

We ship to physical U.S. addresses only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier and supplier to file a claim on your behalf and assist with a resolution as quickly as possible.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, but only for unused, unopened items in original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us first to receive return instructions and a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrives damaged.
